HDDs: 6 x Seagate Barracuda 3TB (ST3000DM001)Some days ago the HDD in bay 2 failed. I hot swapped in a new one yesterday evening and 869Pro began rebuilding the array automatically. That was 21 hours ago.
This morning at 10:35am the system sent me an email:
Level: Warning
[RAID6 Disk Volume: Drive 1 2 3 4 5 6] Rebuilding skipped.
At 10:42am the system sent another email:
Level: Error
[RAID6 Disk Volume: Drive 1 2 3 4 5 6] Error occurred while accessing Drive 4.
I logged in and accessed the RAID information page. Oddly enough it listed drives 1,2,4,5 and 6. Drive 3, not 4, is missing. All drive condition LEDs on the NAS were green, but none were blinking.
Rebuilding progress was at 60% and the timer had reset, starting from zero. A couple of hours later I checked the progress again, but it was still at 60%.
An hour ago I checked the progress, and seeing that it was still at 60% I decided to shutdown and reboot the box. I used the Shutdown button under System Admin > Power Management, i.e. I did not press any physical buttons on the NAS itself. But it won't shut down. For the past hour the NAS display has read:
Shutting down
Please wait
I can still log in. Under Raid Management it says 'Rebuilding (60%)', so that hasn't processed at all. All drive condition LEDs on the NAS are green, but none are blinking.

What should I do next? Force a shutdown by keeping the power button pressed for a moment... or something else?Thank you in advance for any advice you might have.
